A round table dedicated to the Independence Day was held

A round table dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of the restoration of State Independence was held On October 18, at the Institute of the Caucasus Studies of ANAS. Opening the round table, the general director of the İnstitute, corresponding member of ANAS, professor Musa Gasimli, emphasized the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev’s services. He said that according to the law signed by President Ilham Aliyev on October 15, 2021, May 28 was declared Independence Day, and October 18 was declared Independence Restoration Day. Musa Gasimli spoke about the successes achieved by Supreme Commander-in-Chief President Ilham Aliyev, the establishment of control over state borders for the first time since 1991, the liberation of our territories from occupation, and the establishment of state sovereignty in all lands.
