Human resources department

Aysel Ibrahim was born in Yardimli region. In 2016, she graduated from secondary school No. 153 named Miralakbar Ibrahimov. In 2020, she graduated from Baku Slavic University with a bachelor's degree in Philology (English language and literature), in 2024, she graduated from ADA University with a master's degree in Education management.  From January 19, 2022 to March 30, 2023, she worked as a methodologist and leading specialist in the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and then in the Scientific-Methodical and Specialization Center. Currently, she works as the head of the Human Resources Department of the Caucasus Studies Institute.
