Deputy director for General affairs

Oktay Garazade  Jabbar oglu was born on October 10, 1998 in Yardimli district. He graduated from the Azerbaijan Technical University in 2016-2020 with a degree in Industrial Organization and Management. Since 2023, he has worked as an economist at the Institute of Caucasus Studies of ANAS. He currently works as the Director for General Affairs.
