Researcher

Bakhshieva Yegana Urfan - was born on 09.09.1985 in Ordubad district of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. Bachelor of the International Relations Department of Baku State University in 2002, graduated from the Azerbaijan State University of Tourism and Management at the Faculty of Regional Studies (Caucasus) in 2015. At present, the dissertation is presented at the Institute of Law and Human Rights of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. She works as a researcher at the Caucasian Policy Department at the Institute of Caucasian Studies of ANAS. The topic of the dissertation was discussed and approved by the Coordination Council on October 5, 2016 under the title "Water security in the South Caucasus: in the context of human rights and international relations".
