Researcher

Farahila Babayeva-Shukurova Fazil was born in Fuzuli region. In 2007 she graduated from the Faculty of History of Baku State University. She had worked as a senior specialist in the Caucasus Policy Department of the Institute of Caucasus Studies of ANAS. Currently, she has been working as a researcher in the North Caucasus Department.
