THE CAUSES AND RESULTS OF THE ARMENIA-AZERBAIJAN CONFLICT
International conflicts one of modern global problems can be in direct or indirect way, or it will be able to occur from the cause of the being in the ground of the colliding with of the interests of the a few countries, from objective or subjective contradictions. These contradictions can be from cause territory, national, religious, economical, military, scientific and technical. It is necessary to investigate the prevent historical roots for regulate of the international conflict and the results for to implement the peacemaking. It is unbearable actors having less knowledge about conflict
Conflict is more inseparable than politics, therefore is necessary to understand its role, function, character of the condition of the arising.(8,s.93)
In the 1366th resolution about dated "Role Security Council in regulate of the conflicts" Augusts 30. 2001th is proposed to investigate the causes of the conflicts and to take preventive measures. (5)
Armenians have created the myth of "Great Armenia" in 70 year, before of our era on base occupation the Albania territory by Armenian tsar II Tiqran.
But historical sources show that II Tiqran which were not should occupy the Albanian land, he occupies the Atropaten, Northern Mesopotamia, Korduena, Syria, Adiabena, Phoenicia, Kiel.(1,s.19) But in 66 year, before of our era his state had declined by Lukull and Pompeii. He had refused from all territories to the peace treaty according to in the year. Only Northern Mesopotamia and Korduena , Armenia plateau had stayed that is in the Armenian state. Arsax one of provinces of the Albania and it has surrounded the upland part of the Garabagh and the part of the plain of Mill.
